Got Ghent?

We had a big day running around buying underwear and in the studio yesterday so I didn't get much of a chance to go for a run. Instead I ate heaps of food, including waffles, cakes and hamburgers.
Couple that with a massive dinner late last night meant I needed to do something this morning.

Although it was not a long run, the surroundings where so pretty that I don't really care.

Ghent, Belgium -  the 7th most liveable city....yeah sounds about right.
